Company launches mobile E-Wallet payment app

The trend to pay for goods and services through online payment methods has increased significantly, leading the Lao Mobile Money Company Limited to introduce the E-Wallet, M moneyX Application.
The new app is an upgrade of the company’s previous app, M money, and makes it easier for users to pay for goods and services online, as well as being more secure.
A ceremony to launch the new app took place in Vientiane on Friday, attended by representatives of the Bank of the Lao PDR, Ministry of Technology and Telecommunications, Ministry of Finance, Lao Telecommunication Company, and related entities.
Speaking at the event, a representative of Lao Mobile Money Company Limited said the M moneyX application is known as the E-Wallet app, which simplifies financial transactions and makes payments easier for people across the country.
The app uses a technically superior operating system. Its four special elements provide users with enhanced security, exclusive discounts at selected shops and service providers, expertise in meeting customers’ need and, finally, close collaboration with marketing partners.
